The remortgage bundle covers the cost of the property valuation and the conveyancing fees of Gen H Legal, our conveyancing arm, as they act for us in the process of your remortgage. In most cases, this means you won’t pay anything out of pocket for the process of remortgaging – you’ll just be responsible for things like applicable third party fees or extra legal advice. You can also choose your own conveyancer if you like, but Gen H will not cover the cost of their representation.
