Gen H launches with Mortgage Intelligence

LONDON, UK, 18 April 2024 – Residential mortgage lender Gen H have announced another

expansion to their intermediary panel as they partner with Mortgage Intelligence

Since Gen H’s launch to market in 2019 and roll out to the intermediary market in 2021, thelender has helped thousands of aspiring first-time buyers, home movers and remortgagers findtheir place on the property ladder. Gen H is especially known for their affordability and depositsolutions, namely, the income booster. In March, the lender surpassed their 2022 brokerapplication numbers and were looking ahead to their busiest year yet.

Gen H announced earlier this year they would become intermediary-only to prioritise forgingdeeper partnerships across the industry and continue delivering excellence in end-to-endservice alongside their conveyancers, Gen H Legal. The lender’s latest launch with MortgageIntelligence further solidifies this commitment to the intermediary industry.

Mortgage Intelligence was established in 1996 and is part of Connells Group. TheBournemouth-based company has three AR networks and Next Intelligence DA mortgage clubserving 4,500 members specialising in mortgages, protection and general insurance.

Advisors with the Mortgage Intelligence network will gain access to Gen H pro, their proprietarysubmissions platform, which allows them to submit and track all cases.

This partnership brings Gen H’s intermediary panel to over 16,500 advisors.
