We’re building a new model for mortgages

The high street hasn’t changed, but homebuying has. Aspiring homeowners need mortgage products that actually meet their needs. We’re modelling the infrastructure that will underpin the future of mortgages in the UK.

How we’re funded

High street lenders are afraid of risk – and they think having a second job or doing contract work is risky. We partner with multiple mission-aligned funders who know that everyone’s circumstances are different, and who want to help people buy anyway.

This set up means we can manage our funders’ appetite for risk while also getting mortgages to people who need them. Customers only interact with our team and funders get the assurance we’re lending responsibly and within terms tailored to them.
